Privacy, Terms & Refunds

Bowl Republic collects only the information needed to fulfil your orders — your name, delivery address, phone number, and email. We use it to prepare and deliver your meal bowls and farm products, to send order updates, and to provide support.

We never sell your personal data. Payment information is processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay) and is never stored on our servers.

We may send you order confirmations and delivery updates over WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time while still receiving essential transactional updates.

Meal bowl subscriptions are prepared fresh daily and delivered within a 10 km radius of Nagole, Hyderabad, Monday to Saturday, 7 AM – 9 PM. Natural farm products are shipped across India.

You may pause, skip, or cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Changes requested after the daily kitchen cut-off time apply from the following delivery day.

Prices, plans, and product availability may change. Seasonal products are offered subject to harvest availability.

If a meal bowl or product arrives damaged, incorrect, or is not delivered, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund that order in full.

For paused or cancelled subscriptions, any unused balance for undelivered days is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Perishable items that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for refund unless there is a quality issue.
